Our pre-paid consulting plans offer additional support when you need it. Debits and credits, journal entries, assets, loans, reconciliation…what can we help you with? Our Essential, Select, and Pro Plans have you covered!
Need more than a phone call? Want us to show you EXACTLY where that menu is? Choose our Pro Plus Consulting Plan and we will get you on track. Have a follow-up question? No problem!
Essential Plan: Single call, up to 30 minutes.
Select and Pro Plans: Calls are charged in one-minute increments and deducted from the plan balance. Remaining minutes may be used for up to one year from the date of purchase.
Term and Conditions: Our discounted consulting plans require pre-payment. All non-prepaid consulting services are billed at $125/hour. Payment must be received prior to services being rendered. Any additional time used, over the plan balance, is charged at $125/hour.
Pre-Paid Consulting Plans do not include onsite visits or the following services: accounting or data entry services, software training, 3rd party technical issues, including but not limited to software installation, QuickBooks setup, data transfer/conversions, or data corruption repair. These services may be provided at an additional charge. For onsite appointments, billable time begins when the BLA representative is en route to the appointment. (Local travel time is typically 20-30 minutes. Actual time varies depending upon the location of the appointment. We reserve the right to charge for additional costs including, but not limited to EZ Pass toll charges, and parking fees.
By purchasing our pre-paid consulting plans, you will receive 10% off our regular consulting rate, priority support from our highly qualified QuickBooks certified team and peace of mind that you are receiving professional guidance and getting your books in order! If we are not immediately available, we will return your call promptly (from 8:00am to 3:00pm Eastern time, Monday thru Friday.) We reserve the right to change our rates without further notice.
